Who we are

What is collected, and why

If you send an enquiry through the form on this site, we receive the details you type in: your name, phone number, email address and your message. They are used to reply to you and to quote your job, and for nothing else. They are not sold or rented to anyone.

Calling the number on this website

The phone number on this website is a business line provided for us by MP Launch, the business that built and looks after this website. It puts your call straight through to us. When you call it, your phone number and the time of the call are kept as an enquiry so that we can call you back. Calls are not recorded. If we miss your call, you may receive a single text message from that number asking what you need. If you tap the number on this site, the site records that a tap happened, which page it was on and which website you arrived from.

Website analytics

This site uses Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and privacy-friendly Vercel analytics to understand how it is used: which pages people visit, on what kind of device, and whether they tap the phone number or send the form. This is aggregated information about visits; it is not used to identify you personally. You can block these tools with your browser settings or an ad blocker without affecting the site. The map on the contact page is provided by Google Maps, and Google's own privacy policy applies to it.

Who else sees your enquiry

Messages from the form are delivered by email through Resend, and a copy is kept in a private enquiry list maintained by MP Launch so that we can find a message again later. MP Launch may see enquiry details while supporting the site and treats them as confidential. Enquiries are kept for up to five years and then deleted.

This site links to our Facebook and Instagram pages. Once you follow a link there, that platform's own privacy policy applies.

Your rights

You can ask to see what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Call 0420 114 699 or send a message through the site. This policy follows the Australian Privacy Principles.
